The Legacy Center was created to address the gaps that can prevent successful aging in our community. We champion health and wellness — Mind, Body, and Spirit — for older adults and the people who love them.
Through our intergenerational adult day program, in-home care, on-site clinic, and guardianship services, we serve alongside older adults and their caregivers to ensure a higher quality of life within the environment of their choice — while best preserving their assets and dignity.
