In partnership with Madison County Probate Courts, our Guardianship Program offers comprehensive care and legal advocacy for incapacitated adults — safeguarding their rights, safety, dignity, and well-being through personalized support and compassionate oversight.
Some adults in our community have no family, no legal representative, and no one to advocate for their needs. The Legacy Center serves as the guardian of last resort — making medical, financial, and care decisions in each individual's best interest, with the same compassion we bring to every program we run.
