Our fundraising event of the year

A Mardi Gras day for all of Huntsville

On Saturday, February 6, 2027, The Legacy Center brings Mardi Gras to the Rocket City. The morning starts with a free community parade: floats from local churches and nonprofits, marching bands, and plenty of purple, green and gold. That night, the Mardi Gras Ball brings dinner, dancing and a live band.

The Ball is our biggest fundraiser of the year. Sponsorships and seats support our work with aging adults and their families across Madison County, from our adult day program to home care and guardianship, and let us put resources where the need is greatest.

“Aging well shouldn’t be rocket science in the Rocket City.”
